Laundry

I hate laundry. I hate collecting stinky clothes, especially towels.  I hate sorting to make sure things don't get ruined.  Maybe that's why so many of our clothes are ruined.  I am the queen of bleach splotches and bleached purple socks, OH, and mixing red stuff with white.  I excel at that.  I hate moving clothes to the dryer.  In fact, I usually forget, the clothes get mildewy and I have to wash them again.  Husband says I have ruined towels that way.  They all have a particular stink.  I hate folding clothes and putting them away.  I am tired just think of it. Crap, I forgot to move the laundry over!
 I need a wife.

And the winner is....

#3, a.k.a. Drama, participated (ok, was persuaded) in the fall edition of art in the PTA's Reflection Program. It didn't hurt that I was his school's chairperson. Let me say right now, I did nothing to influence the judging. He made it on his own. And the secret to his success . . . he was the only one to submit in the K-2nn grade Video Production category. That makes winning a lot easier. And, he learned a valuable lesson, "You never know unless you try."

Last night, the family attended (FHE, don'tcha know) the district's award ceremony, and HE WON!! Once again, the ONLY project submitted. Awesome!! Now his project moves up to the county level. We might have some competition there. Who know, he could go to state because every other K-2nd grader was too lazy to film a dead bug in their backyard! They should all have me as a mother!

View the awesomeness for yourself. Please note the fact that he did all the writing, filming and talking himself. And also note, our camera focus was messed up.

Before you watch, be sure to pause the music box in the right sidebar...Enjoy!
